Chase Elliott pulled off a thrilling upset in the 2025 Hollywood Casino 400 Presented by ESPN BET, edging Denny Hamlin by 0.069 seconds after a wild NASCAR Overtime finish at Kansas Speedway.

Hamlin dominated, winning both stages and leading 159 laps, but late cautions opened the door for Elliott, who stormed from 8th on the final restart to grab the win and secure his spot in the Round of 8.

The race saw nine cautions, including a dramatic Zane Smith flip and an 11-car crash that hurt Austin Cindric’s playoff hopes. Christopher Bell rounded out the top three as the playoffs now shift to Talladega.

Okay, let's be honest, the race was kind of a snoozer, we all know that...... but.... things got really interesting once the red flag came out and the race went into overtime.  I actually will give the chaos factor a 10/10. the race deserves it.  Kansas usually puts on a good race and today was no exception.
